Intact interview questions

First I did a video interview where they asked behavioural questions and then an person interview (2:1) with behavioural questions based on the STAR method. They were prompt about letting me know and it was definitely a learning experience.

Very lengthy and disorganized. HR took almost three months from their initial contact to set up the interview. Interview was fine with the first panel. Second interview was rescheduled twice at the last minute and the director didn't seem to have any actual questions ready, repeated a lot of what was asked in the first phase of interviews. Overall process was very chaotic, lengthy and disorganized
