Intact interview questions

I was sent an email invitation to a video interview, which meant responding to pre-recorded questions. I was given time to prepare and record. After answering the questions, there was space to type our feedback. I hated the interview since it was one-sided and I couldn't get to know the company nor ask any questions. A few days later they sent me an assessment. I decided not to do it and HR called a few days later where I said I'm no longer interested. The whole experience was very negative for me and I felt that they didn't care to make human contact. I wasn't learning anything about the company nor the position and I left it there.

I had to submit a video answering personality and behavioral questions. It was quite painful as it's not ideal to really get to know a candidate. It's targeting only one way to represent yourself
