Intact interview questions

The screening interview was brief. Asked about previous customer service experience. A bit about your background. Asked if you have previous experience. And why you think you would be good for the role.

Two interview total. Initial screening interview with HR and a PLUM assessment was assigned to be completed prior to meeting with hiring managers. Interview with hiring managers was great. Some STAR based questions and was given a mock insurance submission to underwrite live in front of them. Offer came within a couple of days without further interviews.
