Interview
The selection process started with an aptitude test followed by an HR interview as there was no technical interview. It was a 1:1 interview. My interviewer was an aged fellow with a very polite behavior. That made the interview positive for me. He was impressed by my consistent high score in board exams. He started asking questions from mathematics and then moved to some pure HR questions. Over all the I enjoyed the interview.

An aptitude was conducted, that consisted of three sections - quantitative ability, Verbal ability and Reasoning.
79 out of 876 students were shortlisted after the test.
The short listed candidates then had to take the interview round - HR 1 to 1 interview .
45 out of 79 were finally selected after the HR interview round.

Interview Process included grilling on the academic part, projects and internships, and later part concentrated on my hobbies and extracurricular activities. There was a moment when they shifted to judge my general knowledge. Overall, Infosys has the best HR people, one must say.
