Hiring process is good but it should not recruit in huge numbers rather hire in small numbers and give job satisfaction. Interview process is as lenient. A few technical questions and some questions regarding your CV, GPA and your field of interests. Give justification for how you can be useful to the company. Add your strong points etc.

Interview
It was a campus hiring programme. The process had an aptitiude test in the beginning followed by a one to one interview. The aptitude test consisted of questions on basic quantitative ability, verbal and logical reasoning. Interview was a behavioral one with fairly easy questions
I was hired through Campus Recruitment which comprised of a Technical and Aptitude based test with puzzles and logical questions. Following this, I was interviewed by an HR personnel and was asked questions like tell me about your hobbies, motivation of studying in the said college, subjects that interest me the most etc.
