I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Nerul) in Feb 2010
Interview
The day started with an aptitude test. I did not prepare for it at all - a lot of my batchmates had prepared for it. Most of them had solved Shakuntaladevi's books for the test. It had 2 sections - Quant & Verbal. The test went fine for me. We got the results for the aptitude test around 2 in the afternoon. Out of the 220 who took the aptitude test, 200 were shortlisted for Personal Interview round. That meant a lot of waiting. First the girls were interviewed. Some 35 odd girls interviewed in all. The interviews for guys started around 7pm. I was the last to be interviewed. At around 12pm! It was a breeze. No tough questions whatsover. Regulation questions for formality. Of the 200 who interviewed, 192 got the job. After the aptitude test, the job is for you to lose. My interviewer told me that I had the highest score on the aptitude test. That was surprising and reassuring.

Question 1
I did not face any difficult or unexpected question.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Infosys (Mysore)
Interview
I was recruited as part of campus hiring. The was a very basic aptitude test. The 1 on 1 interview was not technical. In my opinion, if you have prepared for some sort of exam like GRE or CAT you will find the aptitude very easy.
