Hiring process was straightforward. Logical aptitude, language ability and personal interview. Written tests are fairly simple.
Interview did not involve any technical questions as I was interviewing as a fresher. A lot of questions to determine my future goals and general behavioral tendencies. Interviewer seemed fairly relaxed. Asked a lot of questions regarding my vertical of interest and why I preferred to interview for them rather than their competitor.
You need to have good aptitude skills. Interview is not that difficult to crack, it is merely an HR round for freshers. If you have cleared the aptitude, interview is not difficult to crack

A Aptitude test, mostly Logical Analysis and English. In Interview, Questions About ourselves and our previous projects. Questions on how do we manage time. And others to know our communicative abilities. Worst case- GD or Technical Interviews on the basics of the Subjects. Expected to be confident enough to stick to your point.
