Applied as fresher. Intelligence Quotient test followed by interview. I was asked about project work along with few technical questions. Selection process had two parts - Aptitude test and English test. Both were written test consisting of objective questions. This was followed by an HR interview. There was cut off for written test. Those selected are called for interview. It was a basic HR interview. The process lasted for about four to five hours.
