Walk in process and random selection. no salary discussion, they disclosed the amount whatever they could offer and then asked if you want to take it or not. Hence offering very low salary in comparison to market standard.

I got panel member who is very humble, as soon as i went in he got up and wished me. He started interview with expected question that is explain me about yourself and then he went through my resume and started asking question on the languages i studied and then he started asking questions about projects i mentioned and my contribution in those projects, and finally he started asking few questions on my college life.
