nfosys Interview Process (Consultant Role – Java Background) Total Rounds: 3 (Technical, Managerial, HR) Duration: ~40 minutes each 1. Technical Round (TR) Focus on Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading) Java 8 features (Streams, Lambdas, Functional Interfaces) Spring / Spring Boot concepts (Dependency Injection, REST APIs) Basic SQL queries and joins Scenario-based questions on API design and problem-solving Discussion on past project architecture and challenges 2. Managerial Round (MR) Questions on high-level system design and architecture Handling performance and production issues Stakeholder/client communication scenarios Behavioral questions (teamwork, deadlines, ownership) Evaluation of consulting mindset and leadership skills 3. HR Round Discussion on role fitment and career goals Questions on notice period, salary expectations, and location preference Reason for job change and interest in Infosys General discussion about work culture and next steps

There were 3 round, 1st two being Technical in Nature. More Questions were based on Current profile or past working experience + Sql part + some situation based questions. Interviewers were very friendly and it was a smooth session
