Infosys Associate Consultant interview questions

My recruitment process was very slow to say the least. I had applied for Finacle e-Banking functional team in April 2010, my interviews were conducted in July and I got the offer in October. There were two rounds of interviews, one by future reporting manager and one by the team lead. First interview was very in-depth with questions ranging from "what is an account" to "what can be done to improve your e-banking experience". It lasted for 75 minutes. The second interview was very relaxed and the interviewer focused more on HR aspects. Post the interviews the HR called me with the offer. The salary is always non-negotiable here, so I had to accept it as it was.

There was a single interview. The screening is done on the basis of academic records and after that its only the interview that is to be cleared. General question related to work experience and academics
