I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a group interview, about 20 people in Regent street. First we had to fill in the forms, saying when and where can we work. needed at least on referee. Then watched 2 videos about Inditex and a day at Zara. We all discussed the videos and then 2 interviewers came in and called us individually. I was asked to say about myself, my experience and referencing the video, what could I do to contribute to the team. I thought I was prepared but still got nervous and mumbled a lot! But this was my first 1 on 1 interview! They said they will let us know during next 2 weeks. If a call, then you got a job, if an email then you didn't.
Well then, after 4 days I got a call from the recruitment centre that I was successful and that I got 1 on 1 interview in Zara. The interview was about 30 min. It was with head cashier. She had a form and asked me questions from the list and made notes. Pretty easy and what I've expected. And the next day I got a call offering me a job.

Question 1
After watching the video of a day at Zara, how would you contribute to the team?
Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Naples)
Interview
Colloquio di gruppo in cui ci si presenta
Molto semplice, non ho ricevuto ancora nessun riscontro nonostante lo abbia fatto dieci giorni fa , quindi non so se chiameranno o meno
During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
