Interview
Communication was quite free and not formal at all. The interviewer made jokes and made the interview instantly more comfortable. We did the interview through internet, so it can be a little bit more awkward (I like to talk more face to face than through Skype or phone etc). The interviewer instantly gave feedback on my answers.
