First the CV screening, and then an relatively short interview with HR about your relevant experience and why you would want to work here. Then another interview with a manager talking about similar stuff, but at the end there is a role play test where you are the customer service and a rude customer wants to exchange the coat but its out of company's policy. Not too difficult but always be polite and professional.
