Inditex Assistant Sales interview questions

Had to come 20-30 mins early to fill out a form and have your passport copied then went into another room with the other candidates then done Introductions (got into pairs and had to introduce your partner to the whole group) Learned about inditex and all the companies under it then Two group activities - 1. what the roles/responsibilities of shop floor assistant, stockroom and cashier are 2. How to deal with a scenario that could come At the end it was 1 to 1 with the interviewer to discuss availability Whole thing took about 1hr 30 mins

It was a group interview, we were exactly 20. We started by filling up paper applications and they took our passports to check and then we did an ice breaker we they put us in pairs then they put us in groups of 5 to to work together on 2 different activities. Activities like how would you react to and put in order which thing we would do first and there are s really not right or wrong in these 2 activities. The group interview went very smoothly and they were very good welcoming and really good listeners. The whole process took about an hour
