I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Jun 2015
Interview
There were about 30 of us (mainly students) and they took us into a room to watch two videos together and then they interviewed us three at a time in front of everyone so it was quite nerve wracking because there's a whole room full of people listening to you being interviewed. The interview itself was decent and I got an email saying I got through the first interview and that they would email soon for the second part (whatever that was, they never specified). It's been almost 3 months and they still haven't contacted me which is why I'm not particularly impressed.
Group interview at Regents street zara where we watched two short movies about the company/brands and then the lady leading the interview asked us what you learnt from them (key facts about the company etc) - quite straightforward. After this we finished filling in application forms (personal details, availability, location preferences, reference details etc) and then had a short (five mins) one-on-one informal interview with a staff member in the room with everyone (three going on at once) and then you are free to leave.
