I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied online and was called after 2 days inviting me to a group interview the next day (20 people). Saw 2 videos about Inditex and then we were told to speak about yourself to a partner and then present the partner in front of the group. I was called within an hour for a face to face interview at one of their stores the following day. Had a quick chat with one of the managers of the store about past experience, retail and customer service experience. Got a call back on the same day to give me a positive feedback.

Interview
When you arrive there is a form you must fill out giving it details, availability etc. Also have the details of two of your references as well. We were in a group of around 25, we had to introduce ourselves and five a word starting with the first letter of our name that describes us. We were then asked what we knew about inditex and then shown a video about inditex and then asked what new things we learnt. Then we saw a video about a day in Zara and asked one word we would use to describe it. Then split into groups and given a piece of clothing we had to try and sell and then say how we might improve it. They didn't take any notes on us and didn't really get to know any of us which was different.

Interview
I applied on-line. A few days later an Inditex recruiter called me and invited me in a group interview. During the group interview they tried to understand our knowledge about the company by asking as what we know about Inditex. Then we watched a short video about a day at the logistics centre, at the headquarters and at the stores. As soon as it was done we had a brief discussion about the company's fast paced environment. We were asked to separate in groups of 2 and get to know each other. The last thing was to stand in front of all groups and to make a short presentation of our partner. The key point in this procedure was to show our team working skills. A few days later I got a call for the final stage of the interview process with the store manager. The questions were about my experiences in customer service, this season's fashion trends and why I want to work in Zara.
