I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I applied online and a few days later received a phone call confirming my group interview. As soon as you arrive, you're asked to fill in a form about your details. After that they call you up one by one and they check your passport. Then, you are led to another room. After everyone has arrived, you stand in a circle and introduce yourself. After introducing yourself, you throw a small ball to another applicant and they introduce themselves and so on. This activity is repeated but this time you say one thing you know about the company. Everyone is asked to sit down and a video is played which you can easily find online. The video contains information about Inditex and all it's companies. During the second activity, you are split into groups of three and each group has to write down the responsibilities and skills of a certain role (sales assistant, cashier, stock room, etc.). You present your list to everyone and people from other groups can add on to it. Another inspirational video is played and you have to highlight one thing said and why it's important. You are then split into pairs and you have to try and find out as much information as possible about each other in under two minutes. Then you talk about your partner in front of everyone. At the end of this group interview, you are called up one by one and they check the form you filled in at the start and they ask about what stores and which locations you want to work in. If you're successful you will receive another call for another interview. Sadly, I wasn't successful and didn't hear back.
Quite a bland experience. Had to bring in CV to head office in London and have a group interview just answering what we knew about the company and what each role entailed. No individual interviews so the entire thing seemed to be based off CV with group interviews just for show.

Interview
Telephone and then group interview, 15-20 candidates. Questions about inditex were asked as well as group activities such introducing your partner and role play. As long as you have done your research on the company and engage with the questions/conversations, you should have a pretty good chance.
