Group interview, doesn't really focus on the individual. The recruiter asked some questions about the company to the whole group (20-25 people). Then we did some group activity where we had to give a presentation (5 people per group) explaining what a certain role meant to us.

Nice friendly group interview , got us to talk about ourselves and to do exercises in groups. A lot of young people interviewing. The recruiters made everyone comfortable. Salary is set and is at 9.40 /hour which is good for a retail job. Only con is that they need flexibility and you won’t be able to be away or on holidays during sales season.
