I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indeed (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Went through six hours of interviews. I didn't mind so much when it was over and I didn't get the job (wasn't sure I would take it anyway), but really annoyed me is that when I asked for some feedback the recruiter said they didn't do that.
After 6 hours I thought I deserved some feedback. What's hilarious is that if you search the Indeed site you'll find articles saying asking for feedback is a good thing to.
What a bunch of hypocrites.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. A positive candidate experience is one of the biggest goals within our Talent Attraction team, so we are disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied. We are listening and acting on all the feedback we receive as we continue to improve on our interview processes, so we appreciate the time you have taken to give us this.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Indeed (East Amherst, NY)
Interview
30 min with hiring manager. It was quite vague in nature. No follow up after that. There was supposed to be a case interview. Recruiter said she will set up a case study in a week. Nothing after that.

Quick and organized. Case was hard though. I was unaware that my second round will also have a case unfortunately so I bombed that one. Recruiter was very good though and professional
