Super well organized and thoughtful process. They aren't just looking for a candidate for their existing role, but also for Indeed in general. Great fluidity between interviewers and didn't feel like things were being repeated. Took some ideas from their interview process back to my own groups!

Interview
Heard back right away (within 2 days) asking to schedule a screener interview. Recruiter called, and honestly seemed very unenthusiastic from the beginning, like I was wasting her time. My skills and experience lined up very well with the job decription, including several optional nice to have skills, and she completely downplayed them, saying that wasn't really part of the main job, so didn't matter.

Asked me to describe my background and experience, and then follow up questions. No real behavioral or probing questions. Was extremely cursory.
