I had applied online. The recruiter reached out for a phone interview a while after. She asked me about my prior work experience and asked me to walk through a couple of my projects but didn't ask a lot of questions about it.

i applied online and then had an interview with HR then went in to meet with CEOs. then three days later i received a phone call. unfortunately i did not receive the job
