I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Scottsdale, AZ) in Dec 2018
Interview
4 interviews back to back basically all the same except one has a role play sales call. It takes about 4 hours. They will ask you what your weaknesses are and where you can improve and then use those exact reasons for why they will not hire you. One of the interviewers sat and sipped coffee the entire interview, never putting the cup down. The other video interviewer said I failed my cold call because at the end I asked if the customer had any other questions. bottom line I don't think they had any interest because I am not a millennial. If you are over 45 don't waste your time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
Quick phone session where the requirements for the position were explained and skills needed. Didn't went up to the salary discussion but closed it quickly as I wasn't interested in the position.

Question 1
What is the actual sales and account management process that you apply in your company?
Interviewed with 2 people separately via Google Hangout in person, and then an in person interview. Then I shadowed someone in the position. From there I was told to complete a written assessment that examined how we would handle difficult customer service situations.
