IKEA interview questions

I applied online at Ikea.com & a couple weeks later they emailed me and told me to cal the next day for a phone interview. I called the woman and it was a very simple interview, they asked "behavioral interview questions" which can catch you off guard if you dont know what to expect, but i googles how to answer these types of questions which made it very complex, the first question they asked: 1) Which is better working with a team or by yourself 2) Tell me about a time where you worked with someone who was different from you, in culture, or opinions 3) Tell me about a time when you were suck taking on extra work Then they asked what days i was available to work, after you finnish the interview if you pass they forward your information to the store manager & the manager will call you in for a inperson interview.

First there was a telephone interview where they asked about me and my experience/availabilities/why i want to work in IKEA. Then they emailed for a group interview the day after, and there we had to first introduce the person next to us, then in the second part we had to build a box and then sell it to the group observers and then we had a test which was matching products codes to names. And then each of us had a one on one interview which was jus like a normal interview
