Request for scheduling an interview with HR without any flexibility followed by an interview with the hiring manager which was rescheduled multiple times even a few hours before, not considerate of the candidate agenda. No feedback/ decision shared after the manager interview unless asked weeks later. It did not give me an good impression of what it would be like to work in IFF both in term of organization and mindset.
