Interview
Please make yourself a favor and think 1000 times before joining. If you think your time is valuable never apply for this company! They are terrible and cannot respect their candidates and don't know how valuable our time is.
One more warning, please read the reviews and make sure what you are about to do to yourself.
1. Recruiter: normal recruiter round discussing my experience.
2. Problem solving round: 2 problems Leetcode(Easy) style.
3. System Design: Vague problem with no further explanations. Obviously, it's their own architecture.
4. System design: Discussed previous project I worked on with several technical questions regarding my tradeoffs.
5. Behavioral: HR round with several situational questions (What you do when something happened, handling conflicts, ...).
6. A bonus (useless round): was asked for one more round just to waste some more of my valuable time. Honestly, probably the interviewer had so much free time.
Up to this moment, there is no debrief, no clear answer for the rejection and the prolonged process.
Interview process seems to be pretty rapid and they seems to be interested at hiring candidates in a very short notice. Only concern I had was that they tries to schedule short gapped interviews, and sometimes as a candidate its difficult to take time off for the interviews consecutively. I liked the HR person and the engineer who interviewed me. They seemed like nice people to work with.

Question 1
LeetCode style algorithmic questions like sorting arrays. You have better chance at acing the interview if you practise LeetCode style questions frequently. Selection criteria is purely based on your ability to come up with the exact solution on the spot and I don`t think they care that much about your thought process or the experience.
