I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process consists of three steps.
First is the recruiter screening, which went really well, as Dalia, the recruiter seemed genuinely interested in knowing more about my experience and reasons for applying for this role. She also gave me tips on what to highlight in my interview with the hiring manager.
The second stage is a video interview with the Hiring Manager. This was also very informal and friendly. We spoke about my experience and skill set. A lot of importance was given to how I communicated and collaborated with designers and developers. She was also open to questions and answered all the questions I asked her with patience.
The third stage is an on-site interview. I didn't make it to this stage, so nothing to say on this.

Question 1
General stuff about experience matching the skills needed for the role, tools I had used for testing, how I advocate for UX writing etc.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review and for your positive feedback on your experience! I'm glad you felt that you had a clear understanding of what was expected of you throughout the process and you found both Dalia and the hiring manager to be genuine, transparent, and kind. I'm also happy to hear that your process didn't drag out and we followed up with you in the appropriate time frames. Best of luck in your job search! - Becky
