Good standard interview with coding and system design, behavioral questions, folks were very nice during the interview. I did get my questions answered with responses that were quite insightful. I learned a lot about their engineering and work culture as well as where the company is coming from and where it is headed.
Pretty unprofessional. Was given a take home assessment that lasted around 2-3 hours. I completed it successfully but never received a response even after reaching out.
Don't mind being rejected but to ask candidates to spend 3 hours of their free time helping you make a decision on their abilities just to be ghosted tells much more about the company culture than a recruiter call ever could.
