I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HubSpot in Oct 2022
Interview
Interviewer was late to the meeting and appeared frazzled and disorganised. I didn't get a friendly or welcoming vibe. Questions asked were typical of a first round interview - a mix of motivational and behavioural type questions. Never heard back after the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Singapour) in Jul 2022
Interview
The process is actually pretty long compared to other tech companies (7 steps, 6 interviews + 1 case study). This is not exactly a bad thing, so that you can meet the wider team and have chance to ask more questions. The interview itself is not very difficult, and everyone is super friendly. You can definitely see the great culture from people I met.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions, such as what would you do if a client needs help urgently? Tell me a situation where you have an unhappy client reaching out to you.
I really enjoyed interviewing with Hubspot. The interview process is quite a commitment of time and its sometimes hard to find 2 hour blocks in your calendar if you're currently employed. However, you do get the chance to meet a lot of people in the department and a really good feel for the teams' ways of working and what they see as a successful candidate.
