HubSpot Account Executive-SMB interview questions

3-4 step process with a panel interview. I didn’t get the job because apparently my answers for the “resilient” part of the panel didn’t show enough grit. The interview process is supposed to determine if you will be a good fit but if your answers don’t show you have grit, you won’t be a good fit. Which doesn’t make sense to me because they truly won’t know the type of employee you are until you start working for them. Although I received an almost perfect score during the discovery call portion of the interview because i lacked grit i didn’t get the job 😂. Make sure you know star as well

A few rounds including panel, mock call and recruiter. Not too difficult. Need to have a bunch of stories about your experiences ready. All the questions they ask are meant to measure specific attributes you have.
