Didn't even get to the phone screening. The first time the recruiter cancelled on me the day of. The second time she changed the meeting time the minute of. I understand I am the one looking for a job, but that does not mean my time does not mean anything. The lack of respect from the recruiter showed me why I do not want to work here.

3-4 step process with a panel interview. I didn’t get the job because apparently my answers for the “resilient” part of the panel didn’t show enough grit.
The interview process is supposed to determine if you will be a good fit but if your answers don’t show you have grit, you won’t be a good fit. Which doesn’t make sense to me because they truly won’t know the type of employee you are until you start working for them. Although I received an almost perfect score during the discovery call portion of the interview because i lacked grit i didn’t get the job 😂. Make sure you know star as well
