I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2025
Interview
Took 1 month. Questions are the same old same old. They ask the same question to everyone. First round OA. Then Coding, Then System Design. After clearing that, you will have a Technical Deep Dive of the past project. I had to prepare some docs 1-3 pages. All my interviews went well but I got a rejection email with no feedback. What a waste of time. I feel like they are interviewing just for the sake of being popular but not actually hiring that much. Feel like they want to know what other companies are working on and get all their projects information architecture using this last Tech Deep Dive interview. I feel like a fool to have given the team a nice doc about my past project.

Interview
Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
