HubSpot Inbound Success Coach interview questions

Hubspots interviewing process is very thorough. The recruiter was great and really helped with the process. 1st Step - A call from the recruiter after being selected from submitting your resume. During the call, you are asked a few questions. Mostly behavioral questions to see if you will be a good fit. 2nd Step - You are then sent a list of tasks to complete for your second interview, where you will share your screen on zoom and present the tasks to your next interviewer. Remember- it's not just about explaining how/what to do but also WHY you do it, always escalating value of the product. 3rd round- ( I was offered a great job at another company so unfortunately had to cancel this last round) however it was an indepth- hours long interview with a panel of employees. Mostly behavioral questions so remember those STAR responses!

One of the best interview process! There were 4 rounds of interview, one with the HR, one to one with hiring manager, a role-play with hiring manager and finally panel of interviewers from across the globe
