The hiring manager doesn't turn on their camera, the interview last for 20 minutes, and the HR ghost you after then. It is understandable that the candidate may not be suitable for the role, but perhaps the hiring manager and HR could be more professional for brand reputation :)

3 round, 1st is about a group discussion, 2nd is a personal interview which is basically to let them know you well. Last one is a exam of English to show how good you are for your second language/third language
