Very long, almost 2 hours. The interview will be in English at first, then they will switch it to Chinese to test your proficiency in Chinese. The one interviewed me was a leader from some business units, he explained to me what is the company about.

I attended a walk-in interview through campus hiring. The process was completed in one day and consisted of three stages: initial screening, technical interview, and a final HR interview session. The interviewers were professional and the process was well organized.
Simple, they mostly want to know how you handle stress, and fluency in speaking mandarin, though this didn't seem to be common among my peers who got the offer. A lot of questions about: "How did you handle conflicts", "Tell me about a time where you handled stress" etc.
