Interview with team lead, hod and hr. Very chinese cultured and hierarchial, i.e. you must listen to boss kind. Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
