I recently had a good interview for a Lead Data Scientist role, with a great conversation with the hiring manager and other Data Scientists.
However, my experience with Honeywell's recruiters (outsourced to Taggd/Peoplestrong) was terrible. They were very unprofessional and insisted I accept the job offer the same day it was given, even though the whole interview process took two months.
They yelled during calls if I didn’t accept the offer right away or start the onboarding process immediately. They only seemed to care about their own reports and KPIs, not about what the candidate or hiring manager wanted. They kept calling me late into the night, even after I told them I was unavailable. After many heated discussions, I decided to reject the offer, even though it was a good one
