Phone interview first talk about my experience on the resume. Quite casual. Then got notified to come for a onsite interview. No technical presentation. Interviewed with six different people, including managers, directors, and engineers. Mostly focus on my experience and possible contribution to the company.

Question 1
Showed me a product of this company and ask me to offer some solution for their problems.
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru)
