30 minute call with hiring manager to determine fit with the role. I walked the interviewer through my experiences and was asked a short technical question relating to designing around cryogenic temperatures

Really tested how you think. Will ask you a question and then keep asking you why. They were also looking for a lot of leadership experience, project leadership, and engineering fundamental knowledge.
