The interview process at this company was quite thorough and insightful. It was a lengthy process, but it provided a comprehensive understanding of both the company's culture and its employees. Can you describe a situation where you had to collaborate with a diverse team to achieve a common goal? How did you navigate cultural differences and ensure effective communication within the team?
Smooth and good, interviewer quality is good. Huge shout out to hiring team, very nice lady and truly helpinh a lot throughout the process. Interview 3 rounds, first round with managers, second round with HOD and then lastly with CIO. Every rounds has 2 interviewer.

Interview
Interviewed for an entry level role. Starts with a short chat with HR over phone followed by 2 rounds of MS teams interview, first with cohort lead then their bosses (Head of functional area etc.). Questions asked include what you know about the company and role, behavioural questions involving conflict resolution, collaboration and communication. Good people to chat with. Overall a fantasic and professional interview process.
