The live interview was focused on each individual´s abilities and skills that have been developed in previous experiences. The interviewers really dig deep in your learning experiences and processes. It was carried by three examiners, usually all of them were actively involved in the interview.

Interview
Talent Acquisition team is very professional and friendly. It started with an interview with HR, then there is a Business Case interview, and if you pass this individual Case interview there is an Assessment in Schaan.
Starts with a hire view, then meeting with HR who is very helpful and gives constructive feedback. Then business case with a more technical manager and haven't gotten further yet.
Interviewers are super professional and friendly, and the whole process is transparent you would receive constructive feedback from your interviewers. The whole process is pretty efficient compared to other firms.
