Hermès Customer Service interview questions

I had four interviews in total, first with HR, then Assistant of the Director, Team Manager and Director. It was well scheduled and I received feedback always very promptly. As the structure in this department however has changed rapidly in the last year, I assume things will be different now and foremost an interview with the Director of the department I assume won't be part of the hiring process anymore.
