Henkel Financial Controller interview questions

1 telephone interview with HR, followed by 4 in-person interviews. Decision made after 2 weeks. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I had plenty of chances to ask questions as well

After online application, I was called for Panel interview with HR,Head of Department and Director in two weeks. After clearing that stage and negotiating the Salary. Was interviewed by S.VP after 1 month. After waiting another 1 month, was told S.VP wants candidate with more experience so they cannot offer me that role, instead offer me another role in controlling but asked me to have interview one more time. Interviews for the new role after waiting another month. So far has not received any feedback or reply neither rejection and its been 4 months. Henkel seems to have highly unprofessional and irresponsible HR team. I tried following up about status but to no avail. Even the reimbursement of expense has not been paid after 4 months.
