I applied online. I interviewed at Helloprint (Valencia, Valencian Community) in Mar 2022
Interview
Some recruiter from Helloprint contacted me and asked if I could answer a few questions before proceeding with my application.
I was taken aback by their Culture Book, an unnecessarily long presentation that hammers their "Work hard, be passionate" into your head. I followed them in LinkedIn and watched the Helloprint videos of people having their breakfast, lunch or dinners at their desks and saying they are working that night (food catering) with enthusiasm.
I replied to their culture questions with energy and positive feedback.
They came back with the question "what is your notice period" to which I replied it would depend on the flexibility the company policies had in terms of working remotely (only initially), as I have a small child who would need to transition from half day to full day crèche.
They ghosted me. I sent a chaser a week after to double check I didn't fall in their Spam folder and they ignored this email too.
Zero work life balance in this company, good to know at an early stage!
