Unnecessarily in depth personality tests and other online tests. Once through, mainly based on personality once through, in that, you need to indicate that you are 'in line' with thier 'culture'. Traditional questions as as well.

The first interview is a phone call, later on they will call you for a face to face interview. The questions in the first one Sto arrivando! Just about yourself while in the second there are more behavioral related questions.

Interview
Three interviews, one on the phone, a personal one on one interview and an interview with the manager and HR manager. It was a long interview process not essential for the role involved but it is good experience to have an interview like this. There was a personality test and an IQ test which I feel they use too much to base this on the person they are interviewing.
