there are three rounds of interviews - HR, group assessment, assessment centre. HR interview was largely competency based questions. We were given mini-cases for the group assessment and the interviewers sat in the room while we discussed, before presenting our solutions to them. We were each asked one question regarding the cases.
Completed first round of phone interview. Interviewer was friendly, from HR.
Mainly behavioral questions, nothing much technical. lasted about 45 mins.
I expected to be rejected after 2 weeks of not hearing from them but they called 1 month later saying that I proceeeded to the next round which was to be held in January. I applied in Oct, interviewed in mid-oct, got a call in mid Nov for the assessment center in Jan 2013.
