Submit Application online, and then finish two online assessments (reasoning and numerical), schedule HR phone interview, after the first phone interview, wait for like 1 week, then arrange Department manager phone interview, again, wait for like 1 week, receive offer

There are 3 parts and I am in the third stage now. 1. Online Aptitude Test (Make good use of the time) 2. Phone interview (Why HSBC, Time management experience, etc..) 3 Interview with line manager (Phone banking division) Knowing the basic background of HSBC is essential.
