There were two interviews and HSBC came in my college: They asked basic questions about oops and c++ and about my projects. The second interview was HR: In this HR asked me about location and about me what I like.

Interview
Very lengthy, time taking. The process lasts for 3 weeks. The process starts with a phone interview and then weeks later followed by face to face interview at work location.

General cultural fit related questions, basic QA process
Consists of an interview with the unit manager and then the dept manager. Asked the basic questions on situations you've been in. Asked about skills and past experiences.
