Interview
Strength-based assessment centre including group exercises and an interview. The assessment centre includes a small group of candidates. No prior technical knowledge required. Willingness and confidence key. Comprehension exercise also included.
Very detailed and guided recruitment process. I would say to be heavily prepared on two fronts: 1- Technical and hard skills 2- Cultural fit and soft skills I did not receive an offer as I believe my cultural fit score may have been low. All in all, it’s not too hard if you have the technical know-how in your chosen field. Culture fit is equally important.
