Seems to be not well organized. Offers are made with no connection to market conditions. If you questions things the comment is not very nice. Management apparently changed recently. Hope itnis better now!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HSBC (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Great experience overall. There was a short Video Interview followed by a Zoom meeting with the recruiter. They were very upfront and transparent about the process. I didn't make it to the next round with the hiring manager, but anyways received an actual phone call to notify me regarding the status of my application. Common courtesy, but extremely rare nowdays. I will definitely apply again if I happen to job hunt in the future.
multiple interviews at different seniority and management level with practical test and understanding of analysis techniques. key aspect is also fluent English language considering the wide international organization you have to deal with.
