1. Online aptitude test that can be easily found on the net 2. Phone interview that was really behavioral and about my resume. Very easy but what was so weird was she was typing each and every word I was saying so I had to talk really slowly

It is a phone interview and I was asked about my general experience in working with different people from different background, and different questions regarding my CV. The question generally ask me to describe more about role or activities on your CV, and what I learn from that. The interview last for half an hour.
